Users should not enter protected health information unless their organization has determined that the platform, workflows, permissions, and agreements meet its compliance obligations.
User Responsibility
Organizations are responsible for deciding what information is appropriate to store, who may access it, and whether additional agreements or safeguards are required.
Emergency and Medical Notes
Mission trip or participant fields may support operational notes such as emergency contacts or medical risk awareness. These fields should be used with care and limited to authorized users.

The platform does not diagnose, treat, or provide medical recommendations. Any medical decisions should be made by qualified professionals.
